What happens after 14 days?
Your account goes read-only rather than being deleted. Everything you added stays, you can still read and export it, and subscribing turns editing back on.
Where does the money go?
Payments run through Stripe. Pleviro never sees or stores your card number — only whether your subscription is active.
Is my paperwork private?
Your records and files are yours. No advertising, no selling data, no reading your email — Pleviro never connects to your inbox at all. Export or delete everything on demand.

Do I need to connect my bank or email?
No, and you can’t. Pleviro is deliberately manual on input: you paste or type what you want tracked. That is why it can promise it never reads your inbox or your transactions — there is no connection to read them through.
How do the reminders reach me?
Email, batched into one digest per day at the lead times you choose — 90, 30, 7 and 1 day before by default. Everything is also visible in the app’s timeline, so nothing depends on an email being opened.
What file types can I attach?
PDFs, photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC) and plain text or Word documents, up to 15MB each, five at a time. Enough for a receipt photo, an invoice and a manual on the same item.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing page, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted unless you ask for it to be.
Can I get my data out?
One button exports every item, renewal and subscription as JSON, and your uploaded files can be downloaded individually at any time.
Is there a family or shared plan?
Not yet. Today an account is one person, though you can record who each renewal belongs to — a household usually runs it from one login.
